On Thursday, April 30th we hosted our Spring Wine Pairing Dinner featuring wines from With the Wind Vineyard & Winery from Rosholt, SD and food pairings by Chef Judd Eskildsen from The Toasted Frog, Fargo, ND.
Guests were treated throughout the evening to wine introductions by With the Wind owners Jeremiah and Lisa Klein. As the evening went on, Jeremiah and Lisa shared their amazing story about building a vineyard and winery together. We also had a special appearance by Paul Anderson who is a past President of the North Dakota Grape Growers Association. Paul gave an interesting update of the state of the grape and wine industry in North Dakota and he encouraged us all to plant some grapes!
To pair with the delicious wines, Chef Judd Eskildsen crafted a five course menu incorporating many incredible flavors from around the world. As you can see, the food presentation was also outstanding.
