On Sunday, August 4th, we put on a big meal event at Coteau des Prairies Lodge. It was a Seafood Boil and it was all kinds of fun! Our guests feasted on lobster, shrimp and sausage boiled along with fresh potatoes, carrots, onions, brussel sprouts, green beans and sweet corn. You will have to watch the video to see how it was served! We also served chocolate cake and bread pudding with ice cream for dessert.
