What a lovely evening we had for our Wine & Dine event. We filled up the great room with tables and served 60 guests a gourmet, four course meal paired with premium local wines.
We hosted two special guests for the event who shared their talent and expertise to entertain and delight our customers. Executive Chef Al MacIntyre from Green Bay, Wisconsin created the menu and prepared the meal in our kitchen. Al is a talented culinary expert who runs the kitchen at a fantastic restaurant called Regatta 220 in Green Bay. He introduced each course as it was served to our guests. Our other special guest was Rod Ballinger from Fargo. Rod and his wife Sue are the owners of Bear Creek Winery and they selected wine pairings for each course from their own list of wines. Rod introduced each pairing, explained the wines and described how they were made. Everybody learned a lot about food and wine and also gained a better appreciation for our local wine industry.
