We are firing up the lodge grill for four nights of steak and burgers! Join us with your friends and your appetite.
On the evenings of June 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th, we will be offering casual dining featuring a menu of premium beef including our 28 Day Dry Aged Breker Beef. Choose from a 1/2 lb. Breker Beef Dry Aged Burger ($15), a 12oz. USDA Choice Ribeye ($25) or a 12oz. Breker Beef Dry Aged Ribeye ($35). Each menu choice includes a salad, sides and dessert.
A limited number of guest rooms are available. This is a great opportunity to take in the full lodge experience!

About Breker Beef: Our unique 28 day dry-aging process produces a more tender, more juicy, more flavorful and more aromatic beef product. The process was developed by Coteau des Prairies Lodge in collaboration with a local butcher who processes the beef. Of course, we begin by selecting our beef from the very best animals raised and finished on the Joe Breker and Jeff Breker farms.
