Join us Wednesday, April 25th for our Big Fat Greek Wine Dinner, a wine pairing dinner featuring the culinary talent of Chef Kent Larsen from Chef’s Table Catering in Fargo.

This truly is a Greek wine dinner with expert Greek wine selections by our friend Laura Botten from Johnson Brothers. Laura will be introducing the wine pairing with each course.

About the Chef

Chef Kent Larsen runs the day-to-day operations of Chef’s Table Catering based out of the Sanctuary Events Center in Fargo, ND. Chef’s Table boasts an impressive lineup of catering clients including major companies around the FM area, 100+ weddings since the companies inception, and many of the top-billed musical acts that perform in the region.  Both have extensive backgrounds in food and beverage, having been with Great Plains Hospitality for many years.  Great Plains Hospitality is the parent company of Chef’s Table Catering, The Boiler Room in Fargo and Wahpeton, Twist in downtown Fargo, and The Otter Supper Club and Lodge in Ottertail, MN.

Event Info

The event is on Wednesday, April 25th at Coteau des Prairies Lodge. Everyone is welcome, but space is limited and meals are available by reservation only. Alcohol will be served only to those over 21 years of age. The price is $70 per person. The meal includes a gourmet five course meal and 2-3oz. of wine served with each course. Water and coffee will be provided. Sodas and additional alcoholic beverages will be sold at the bar. Doors open at 4pm, guests are welcome to come early, tour the lodge and enjoy refreshments served at the bar. When you arrive at the lodge, sign your party in with our hostess. Guests will be seated for the meal promptly at 6pm.
