Italian Wine Dinner – Saturday, November 17th

Join us Saturday, November 17th for our Italian Wine Dinner, a wine pairing dinner featuring the culinary talent of Joan & David Donatelle with wines from Italy.

Joan and David will be sharing from their wealth of knowledge about Italian cuisine as guests enjoy the food and wine pairings throughout the evening. With Italian heritage and experience as frequent travelers leading ‘foodie pilgrimages’ to Italy, the Donatelles have a deep knowledge about the food and the culture of Italy. Our Italian Wine Dinner will be the closest thing to being there!

Enjoy the storied wines from the old world along with authentic Italian foods prepared in the lodge kitchen just for the dinner including freshly made pasta and dessert and enjoy our 28 Day Dry Aged Breker Beef Brisket prepared in the time-honored Italian style.

The Donatelles are also leading a 3-day Italian Culinary Retreat at the lodge on November 15-18th and helping with this wine dinner is a part of that experience. If you have ever wanted to know more about Italian cooking or if you have dreamed about working alongside a professional chef…there is still space available!
