If you are a lover of Italian food and wine then you better clear your calendar on Sunday, July 20th and get reservations for Italy on the Prairie! Not only will you be treated to a meal by arguably the best Italian chef in North Dakota, you will be entertained by one of the most energetic chefs in North Dakota! Chef Tony Nasello a.k.a. ‘The Lost Italian‘ will be preparing an authentic Italian meal with wine pairings as well as providing a live cooking demonstration that you won’t want to miss!

‘The Lost Italian’ in the kitchen at Coteau des Prairies Lodge

Chef Tony Nasello and his wife Sarah are the owners of Sarello’s, a premiere fine dining restaurant and wine lounge in Moorhead, MN. ‘The Lost Italian‘ is known by many because of Tony and Sarah’s popular blog (Home with The Lost Italian) and column in The Fargo Forum as well as Tony’s weekly North Dakota Today segment. Sarah will also be joining us for Italy on the Prairie.

The event is on Sunday, July 20th at Coteau des Prairies Lodge. Everyone is welcome, but space is limited and meals are available by reservation only. Alcohol will be served only to those over 21 years of age. The price is $65 per person. The dinner includes a gourmet multiple course meal and wine pairings served with each course. In addition, Chef Tony Nasello will give a presentation and perform a live cooking demonstration. Water and coffee will be provided. Sodas and additional alcoholic beverages will be sold at the bar. Doors open at 4pm, guests are welcome to come early, tour the lodge and enjoy refreshments served at the bar. When you arrive at the lodge, sign your party in with our hostess. Guests will be seated for the meal promptly at 6pm.
